Just peanuts, a food processor, and five minutes. That's it! Peanut Butter Ingredients 2 cups dry roasted peanuts 1/2 tbsp honey/sugar (optional) 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tbsp oil (optional) Instructions 1. Process the peanuts In a food processor, add in the roasted peanuts, salt, oil and honey/sugar if you want. Turn the food processor on and let it run for 4-5 minutes. During this time, you’ll see the peanuts go in stages from crumbs to a dry ball to a smooth and creamy “liquid” peanut butter. 2. Peanut Butter add-ins Stir in the sugar, honey, or salt, if you want. 3. Storage Once the peanut butter is ready, transfer it into an airtight container or glass jar with a lid and refrigerate for up to few weeks. 4.
