We’re going to show you how to get rid of your tight quads! First of all, get a foam roller, and throw it away! If you are only training a few times per week you should not need to be on these things for any length of time at all - what you are probably missing, is multi directional strength! These lunge variations are not only great to build strength and knee stability but they will also use your glutes and quads in ways that they are not used to and this will be what helps to stop your quads feeling over used! Your hips need to be strong in a variety of different ways, if you only ever do squats or straight lunges your training is quite limited Add these into your training for warm ups and cool downs and not only will you get stronger, but your quads will start to ease off and feel so much better! It will feel hard at first if you have never done them before but after a few weeks you’ll wonder how you ever coped without them!
