Link to amazing vanilla bean paste... https://amzn.to/3GFlqAX Link to Silicone Baking Mat... https://amzn.to/4eJdGdG 'The Palace' Chocolate Chip Cookies Makes 24 cookies 8 ounces / 2 sticks unsalted butter (softened) 1 cup brown sugar ½ cup sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla paste 2 ¼ cups flour pinch of salt 1 tsp baking soda 2 cups chocolate chunks Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Cream together the butter and both sugars and incorporate the eggs and vanilla paste. If using an electric mixer scrape down the sides of the bowl. Add the flour, salt and baking soda and stir until combined. Fold in the chocolate chunks. Form into balls on a greased baking sheet or silpat mat allowing room for the dough to spread. Bake for around 8-10 minutes until golden brown. Cool for five minutes before removing to a cooling wire. www.theroyalchef.com
