Then add in it onion, capsicum, and all the rest with water, cook for 5 mins. Lastly add tomato juliene and remove, serve with rice. Method for sauce Heat oil, fry onion and garlic for 2 mins, add blended tomatoes,seasonings and all the rest, cook till thick, remove and use. Barbeque chargha: Ingredients Chicken 1 Oil 3 tbsp Ginger garlic 1 tbsp heaped Chili powder 1 tbsp Crushed cumin 1 tsp Carom ½ tsp crushed Allspice 1 tsp Lemon juice 4 tbsp Yogurt ½ cup Salt 1 tsp Sambal oleak 1 tbsp Chili garlic sauce 1 tbsp Method Chicken 1 give cuts, remove neck and bones from back of breast. Do not separate chicken, leave it whole Marinate chicken with all the given ingredients for 4 hours, put it in the grill and barbeque for 15 mins turning and brushing with oil until done or bake in a oven on 180 d for 40 mins, serve with any chatni. Barbeque chicken bihari roll: Ingredients Tikka chunks chopped 1packet Allspice ½ tsp Coriander powder 1 tsp Crushed cumin 1 tsp Raw papaya 1 tsp Poppy seeds grinded 1 tsp Nutmeg ¼ tsp Chat masala ½ tsp Lemon juice 2 tbsp Yogurt 2 tbsp parathas 6 Onion sliced 1 Ginger garlic 1 tsp Ingredients for barbecue sauce Sweet chili sauce ½ cup Cumin roasted and crushed 1 tsp Chili powder ½ tsp barbecue sauce 2 tbsp Method for sauce Put all the ingredients for sauce in a sauce pan and cook for 2-3 mins. Method for chicken Marinate chicken cubes with all the given ingredients for 30 mins, cook for 2 mins in oil until done, give dum of coal, stuff in prepared parathas with onion, roll and serve hot.
