Video summary of the international training course, taking place from Monday, 19th of January, to Thursday, 22nd of January, marking the first step of this initiative developed under the Erasmus+ Sport programme. During these days, youth workers and educators from different countries come together in a unique setting to learn, share experiences, and strengthen their common commitment: to fight racism, discrimination, and social exclusion by using sport as a tool for change. This launch represents a key moment for the project, as it helps build a strong foundation of learning, cooperation, and collective work among the participating organisations. The training combines theory and practice through a non-formal education approach, with activities focused on water sports such as surfing, swimming, and paddleboarding, using the sea as a space for connection and meaningful interaction. Throughout the course, participants explore essential topics such as inclusion, diversity, and the creation of safe environments, while also designing workshops and activities that can be applied with young people in real-life settings. Thanks to this beginning in Guadeloupe, the project starts its journey with energy and determination, delivering a clear message: only through respect, active participation, and unity can we build fairer, more inclusive communities free from racism.
