ITP is one of my favorite albums for many reasons: the musical complexity, the humanistic concept of the lyrics, and above all, Steve Di Giorgio's performance on the fretless bass. A pioneering fretless bassist in metal, with otherworldly technique and a very inspiring musical career. His playing has had a huge impact on my path to mastering fretless and that's why I considered him one of the best and my favorite bassist.
