River Goyt and the Peak Forest Canal Trail Run

I wasn't expecting to do another video before lockdown finished but I felt like tackling a slightly longer run this weekend. I'd planned this route back at the start of the year but it was 26 km so one to save for when I felt up to doing that distance. I follow the River Mersey over to Stockport and pick up the River Goyt from where the video starts. I follow the Goyt down towards Marple picking up the Peak Forest Canal and heading over the Marple Aqueduct. After Marple I join the Macclesfield Canal to take me over to the finish at Poynton.
