The packaging of the Vapium Summit looks tactical and rugged. We like how the green vaporizer stands out and see exactly what you're getting in the package. Opening it up, you have a basic instruction manual then we have the vaporizer itself. Picking it up, it does feel rugged for outdoor use. It doesn't feel as nice as some of the pricier vaporizers on the market but for $150, you get what you pay for. Looking closer at the unit, you have the bowl door. It isn't the largest bowl in a vaporizer but it is in a great position for easy loading. It also attaches to a bowl string to make sure you don't lose the bowl door. Moving on, we have the mouthpiece, that have a protective clear cap, which we are not sure what is for. The mouthpiece attached magnetically which is a nice touch. One gripe we have is the charging bowl which is nearly impossible to open without using a tool. The buttons feel tight and rugged as well. The functions of this vaporizer is pretty decent. It features 8 temp settings and vibrates when its fully heated. We do however worry about the quality and flavor of the vapor since there is a lot of metal and plastic in such a small device. You also get extra goodies with the Summit like a bracelet that turns into a bag which could be very handy to carry all your extras on your backpack. A cleaning kit that comes with an extra mouthpiece, cleaning swabs, pipe cleaner, some bowl screens and a pathway cleaner. The bag looks like a resealable, water-proof bag which is perfect place to store all you herb. Last but not the least, we have the charger. It does look pretty rugged as well and it has a USB port. That's it! We look forward into doing some testing to see how a vaporizer performs. We believe that this could make a good vaporizer for people looking into taking this vaporizer with them in the wilderness provided you are not too concerned about flavor and battery life.
