I hope you enjoy my video! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Sujebi, Hand-pulled Dough Flakes Soup Ingredients Zucchini 60g Carrot 60g Green onion 30g Red chili, green chili 1/2 each(optional) Light soy sauce 3 Tbsp Clams 300g(2 cups) to clean the clams(water 5 cups, salt 1 Tbsp, white vinegar 1 Tbsp) Stock Water 1.2 liter Dry kelp 5x5 centimeters, 2 pieces Dough All- purpose flour 2 cups Water 3/4 cup Salt 1 Tsp Vegetable oil 2 Tsp Instructions 1. Clean the clams. In a big bowl add water, salt and white vinegar. Put clams in it and cover with black plastic bag. Let it sit in refrigerator for 2 hours 2. Make a stock. In a pot add water and dry kelp. Sit it for 1 hour 3. Make a dough. In a big bowl put the flour in it. In a small bowl dissolve salt in vegetable oil. Add it to flour and mix. Add water little by little. Keep stirring and mixing. Knead the dough using hands 4. Put the dough in a plastic bag and keep it in room temperature for 30 minutes 5. Bring stock to a boil and when it boils take the kelp out 6. Cut the vegetables. Julienne zucchini, carrot and chop green onion 7. Check the clams. Drain salted water and rinse in cold water. Drain 8. Put vegetables and clams in prepared stock 9. Knead the dough once more. Put some vegetable oil in your palm. Stretch the dough and pull it to make one bite sizes 10.
