Filmed with the old Sony F35 CineAlta and Anamorphic-CinemaScope Attachment lenses (vertically instead of the typical horizontal capture method) mounted to manual Nikkor lenses. This 90-degree method yields a squarish end ratio 1920x(1080x2) = 1920x2160 or 1:1.125 Since I love the Large Format look, I specifically like doing that on this camera since it has a Super 35 sensor and this method allows for a Full Frame or even a Medium Format look (A 30mm Field of View but with a 60mm Depth of Field). Also, since it's a 1080 camera but with a 5.7K imager, this feels like I'm bringing in extra information onto the sensor that it wanted to capture in the first place. The first few shots were with a Gold Isco Ultra Star 2x Lens mounted onto a Nikkor Ai-s 105mm f2.5 lens. The rest of the shots were filmed with a Schneider Cinelux 2x lens mounted onto a Nikkor 60mm f2.8 lens, along with a Rapido 24A variable diopter for single focusing - this is why you see vignetting in much of it as my 77mm VND filter didn't cover the 24A's larger 95mm front element. I gaffer-taped it to the front as I didn't have a 95mm-77mm step-down ring. Clamps from Vid-Atlantic for both setups: https://www.vid-atlantic.com/products... SuperScaled to 4K in DaVinci Resolve.
