That night, deeply alone, she falls asleep… And wakes to a blood-curdling scream. Wheeling down the darkened corridors to investigate, she discovers a horrifying sight: the mysterious new Night Nurse latched to the neck of another old woman, sucking gleefully from her lifeblood. So begins a terrifying ride for Tallulah, trapped inside her nursing home and the fragile vessel of her aging body.
