Pour 2 cups of chicken broth over the onion and flour mixture and keep stirring. (ADD Cornstarch to get it the texture you want). Mom would take the chicken and place it in the gravy mixture. She Would cover it and cook it until the meat would fall off the bone (30 to 45 min).
