This short documentary explores how low-cost, high-impact urban interventions could transform public space in Rose Hill and Rivermead, Oxford. Created as part of a student project at Oxford Brookes University, all proposals in this film are entirely hypothetical. No real-world changes are intended or planned. The aim of the project is to demonstrate the application of urban design theory and planning principles taught during the course module.
