Opposition leader Giorgi #Vashadze was also seen attending the protests against the government's decision to postpone European Union membership talks until 2028. Georgian President #Salome #Zourabichvili has reiterated her office is the only legitimate institution on Saturday, warning she will not leave when her term ends in December. It follows disputed elections that saw the pro-Russian #Georgian Dream party remain in power and the announcement Thursday it was suspending EU accession talks to 2028. On Saturday, Georgian police said they had arrested 107 people in the capital during a second night of protests. Meanwhile, protesters stormed Georgian Public Broadcaster's office, and after discussion with Director General Tinatin Berdzenishvili spoke in studio live on air.
