This is the FINAL ROUND (Part 1) as it's the first time ever Joe Dart and Sonny T played Dean Town together with Jack Stratton playing the Theo Katzman role on hi-hats joining Cory Wong and the Wongnotes at the 2022 Newport Jazz Festival. Cory, Joe and Jack would later come back to the stage for the Fearless Flyers set. It was possibly a once-in-a-lifetime event to see Joe and Sonny face off with each other! (UPDATE: It happened twice now! Go see the FINAL ROUND Part 2 linked above!) It's harder to hear Joe in the mix, but Sonny pops out more as he's playing mostly an octave higher while using his Whammy Pedal as an effect to give his bass a wah-wah sound.
