Today Everyday Leaders Showcase celebrates Metro Plastics in Noblesville, IN and today we spend time with the owner and Everyday Leaders Ken Hahn, go-kart racer Carson Sauter and Carson's mom Sarah Reuter. Tune in as we discuss the history and legacy behind Metro Plastics, how Ken decided to start the Go-Kart team, and especially his dream to help infuse his heart into the community for decades to come. Carson Sauter is a jr go-kart racer, who is being groomed by these mentors and the community from Metro Plastics to make a bigger impact in the world. Today we are joined by Carson, who shares the valuable life lessons that he is learning. We will also hear from Carson's mother Sarah Reuter who is his biggest supporter in watching him develop and grow with these incredible men and women leaders.
