Waking up to the sight of the caldera and Aegean Sea right outside your balcony is something I'll never forget. The room itself was beautifully designed-minimalist, elegant, and incredibly peaceful. Another standout was the breakfast. It's served either on your private balcony or at the hotel's terrace, and it's absolutely delicious. Freshly baked pastries, seasonal fruit, Greek yogurt, and rich coffee-it was the perfect way to start each day. The whole experience at San Antonio was beyond amazing. The staff were so warm and attentive, and the entire property has this calm, luxurious atmosphere that makes you want to stay forever. If you're planning a trip to Santorini, definitely put this place on your radar. It's perfect for a romantic getaway, a peaceful solo escape, or just treating yourself to something special.
