Amy meant a lot to me when she first appeared in Doctor Who, her name did make her sound like a fairytale character, she had great outfits, I loved her hair, I loved her Rory & I still remember how ten year old me was traumatised when The Pandorica Opens aired & I thought she was gone as that was the first companion I had ever seen killed off at that point. There were choices made by the writers that made me not like her character so much in some episodes & I'm still not entirely enamoured with her ending but I do love her final apperance in The Time of the Doctor. I have decided to split my edits for series 7 into two installments of character-episode-season edit for my still ongoing 60th anniversary series of edits because season 7A & season 7B feel like two completely different seasons to me.
