Forspoken is an action RPG developed by Luminous Productions, part of the Japanese company Square Enix. The game will be released in 2023 for Microsoft Windows and PlayStation 5. According to director Takeshi Aramaki, the gameplay will focus on cross-country and fluidity. Square Enix describes the game as a "private adventure". The protagonist, Frey Holland, is a young woman entering the beautiful but dangerous world of Atia for the first time. She uses magical powers to travel the world and survive. Previously, there was a game in development called Project Athia. The game was developed taking into account the graphics capabilities of the PlayStation 5. The main writer of the game is Gary Witta, one of the writers of the game Rogue One. Actress Ella Balinska voiced Frey and recorded the movement for her.
