Make Everyday Meals Tastier with Simple Umami Tricks🍳 ▼About Umami Mom Hi there! I'm a Japanese working mom living in Canada. I share easy tricks to add umami — the savory flavor that makes food taste even better. My 2-year-old, Yui-chan, used to be a picky eater, but ever since I started using more "umami," she eats almost everything (she still sometimes refuses to eat depending on her mood, though 😅). I would be happy if my videos could help someone looking for kid-friendly meal ideas.
