You will need 2 durable units for this to draw the Perfect Strike Gundam away from your main force that's dealing with Freedom & Justice. One of them has to be positioned exactly 3 tiles from the Archangel or else Perfect Strike Gundam won't move towards them. Position the second durable unit on top of the first one to help keep it alive. The remaining forces should move upwards & be positioned no lower than one tile below the attack boost tiles or you risk the Perfect Strike coming upwards to screw you over plus the Buster will turn its attention from your durable units to your main force. You'll also need a unit with a large aoe map move to take out some of those M1 Astray's. Now if you have a unit that can inflict the defense down debuff on the Strike Rouge have it do so from a safe distance because each M1 Astary boosts that unit's attack so getting hit would by it would likely kill said unit. After that move a support unit close to the M1 Astray's & have it standby. Move whoever your using for a map move onto the red tile of the left & have it kill one M1 Astray then use a map move to take out the remaining 4 on the left side. Next Your gonna want to move your top damage dealer over to the right red tile & have it take out the Strike Rouge. Next move various support units into a position near the Freedom (& possibly attack if you can get away with not getting hit) then move the Providence Gundam to the remaining red tile & take out Freedom if Fyou can't do enough damage with providence & your support units just use whoever you have stationed on that right red tile to finish it off. Also, if that unit has sway, I suggest using it as the next turn is gonna be rough on that unit. Now for the enemies turn, now the eternal is gonna attack whoever you have stationed on the right red tile as will most of those M1 Astray's so just keep defending till the Justice comes to attack you, if you can take a hit from Justice without dying then counterattack with your best move if not then just defense & let your support guys hit him. Now if you positioned your 2 durable units correctly then Buster, Archangel & Perfect Strike will all focus their efforts on trying to kill them leaving your other forces free to deal with the rest of the enemy. Your turn, now this is gonna be the tricky turn, before you deal with Justice have one of the units you moved up from below take out 2 M1 Astray's then if you were able to deal alot of damage on the Justice during its turn then simply have the Providence take it out with your other support units if not then use the one you have stationed on the right red tile to kill it. Once Justice is down Freedom & Justice METEOR shows up. Here's the hard part, you need to safely attack Freedom METEOR & get its health down enough for the unit stationed ont he right red tile to take out in one hit. Failure to take out Freedom METEOR in one turn will result in it using a map which will probably wipe out or heavily damage most of your units. After Freedom METEOR is dead have your best units move up & move one or two units that either have sway or can take a hit in front of the eternal as it & Justice METEOR will start attacking & Justice METEOR hits hard. Assuming whoever you stuck in front of the Eternal is still alive either move them out of the way or leave them there (depending on what class they are) then have the guys you stashed up top move unto those red tiles while safely hitting the Justice METEOR from a distance to weaken it & inflict debuffs on it then have your main dealer move to one the red tiles & take out Justice METEOR. Remember, at this point to have all your units (except the durable ones) use the various attack increase parts as you'll need the extra damage to help get through this floor of hell. The 2 durable units need defense increase parts to help keep them alive, if one dies don't worry about it as their entire job is to keep Archangel, Buster & Perfect Strike busy. All units used in the clearing of this floor were my only UR's & the SSR units are of my personal preference so just swap them out with whatever you have built of that particular class.
