I gave my rescue dog, Tiny Dancer, vetCBD to help with her stressful fear of fireworks. It’s been a few weeks now with these sporadic, but nightly fireworks. Though some dogs, like my other dog Sugar, are not affected by the popping fireworks; some dogs, like Tiny Dancer, is extremely scared of fireworks. She pants, drools, and scratches when she hears them and not to mention, the shivering/shaking in complete terror. When there was nothing we can do to stop the fireworks, we decided to try vetCBD. I heard about vetCBD in 2018 from a neighbor. He saw how leash reactive Sugar was during walks and suggested CBD oil to calm his nerves during walks. We tried out a different brand that we found at a local boutique-y marijuana store for $55. Unfortunately, the tincture did not sit well with Sugar. Not only did it not have any effect on Sugar, it also made him vomit. So, we gave up on the idea. Fast forward to now, and these annoying nightly fireworks for no apparent reason at all. We found vetCBD at another local marijuana store and picked up a tincture for $45. It’s not the perfect formula for TD, but the effects are apparent and it has definitely eased her stress level. TD still stares at us after a 1.5ml dose, but she is much more tame, not panicking as she used to when she hears a few pops. All in all, I recommend it if your dog has a similar reaction to fireworks. Good luck! #vetcbd #cbdfordogs #fireworks Thanks for watching!
