In a break from playing early and folk instruments, they show their skill on cornet, soprano saxophone and banjo. Munrow makes a case for the missing link between folk music and pre-classical music. This is from the 'Zithers' episode. In it Munrow propounded the theory that early music must have had the passion and vibrancy of folk music, played today by indigenous peoples.
