I just wanted to reflect on how far I've come and look honestly at what I need to do in the future to progress within my recovery. There is no one that I know who has not struggled with eating, and trying to meet all of the changing rules associated with diet culture and "clean eating". Even as a fitness coach, I too, find this SO overwhelming! Hopefully this video helps to highlight how ridiculous it all is, and how food can be SO much more than fuel. Surely it's time we throw some of these outdated rules in the trash - where they belong? I think so anyways. I highly encourage you to challenge some of your own food rules this week, if there's any you're still struggling with. I will always support you! Let me know how you go!
