Since, 2019, SPC Coastal Fisheries and Aquaculture section in partnership with the New Zealand Te Pātuitanga program trained a number of Kiribati Coastal Fisheries staff in Monitoring Control Surveillance and Enforcement (MCS&E). The training and this video were funded by the NZ Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade (MFAT).
