This report presents a legal reform designed to protect government officials from manipulation and disinformation tactics. It also aims to reduce biases and other inconsistencies in their decision making processes. Motivation: I wrote this report based on personal experiences in which irreparable injustices were caused as a result of corruption, incompetence, and issues of our legal systems that were never addressed.
