VIPARSPECTRA Grow Tent Review for Indoor Gardening 4x4 & 4x2 Setup / Walk Through These tents were sent for us to review by the manufacturer Viparspectra 48" x 48" x 80" Grow Tent Amazon CAN Link https://amzn.to/30BXapL Amazon USA Link https://amzn.to/3av8U2b 48" x 24" x 60" Grow Tent Amazon CAN Link https://amzn.to/378FNzj Amazon USA Link https://amzn.to/375EJfE Note we do make a small profit from these links, all profits go right back into our channel. Today we look at the 2 new indoor grow tents that were sent to us by Viparspectra. I will be using them on my upcoming grow cycle. The first tent I received was 48" (4 foot) by 48" (4 foot) by 80" tall. I will be using this as my main growing space that will house my next round of girls. I also received a 48" (4 foot) by 24" (2 foot) by 60" (5 foot) tent that will be used for quarantine or to conduct experiments. To start these tents were packaged very well. The poles were wrapped to ensure they were not sliding around or getting dinged up in the box. I appreciate the care taken in this minor detail. The overall setup of the grow tents was fairly easy. After sweeping the floor it only took about 40-50 minutes to set up both tents on my own. The frame simply snaps together and is easy to assemble and disassemble. Once put together you slip the 600d oxford cloth and 100% reflective mylar tent over the frame and zip it up... BIG TIP ... unzip all zippers before lifting the top over the roof bars. The quality is pretty decent for the price of these tents. The prices are pretty competitive and make it an affordable option for your indoor grow tent needs. Some of the features I liked were the door hanging strap for when you have the tent opened. It holds it securely without putting added pressure on the zippers. Speaking of zippers, they seem pretty durable and well made. Having good zippers is crucial to ensuring the longevity of your tent. There is a 1 year warranty included as well if there are defects or issues. There are multiple fan exhaust location options that will accommodate up to an 8" exhaust fan pretty much anywhere you need it. It also comes with the standard areas to run an extension cord. The venting windows are well designed. There is an overhang of material and it is secured well with velcro ensuring you get no unwanted light leaks when closed. The same goes for the area around the zippers. There are 3 layers of fabric around the zippers to keep your grow environment sealed. The amount of care that was taken to ensure there are 0 light leaks in this indoor grow garden space is amazing. This is important for crops that are sensitive to even the smallest amounts of light during the nightly rest period. Other features I liked were that the tent poles are powder coated. This means you want be chipping paint off your poles when disassembling or when hanging things from them. Other tents I had scratched and peeled paint fairly easily. The top hanging poles accommodate up to 110lbs of weight. That makes it pretty sturdy and should provide enough support to meet pretty much anything you might hang. I have seen no give or bending of the poles with the equipment I hung and am pretty confident in its ability to hold firm. Overall I am pleased so far with the quality of the product and look forward to providing ongoing updates in the future.
