This is Part 3 of our ground report from Ladakh where we uncover what really happened before the protests were labelled as violent. For five years Ladakh witnessed one of the most peaceful democratic movements in India. Pad yatras anshan marches and silent protests were carried out with discipline and restraint. But on 24th September something happened that changed everything. Four people lost their lives including a man who had once fought for India during the Kargil War.
