Ingredients with costing 4 cups all purpose flour- 24 1 cup sugar- 12 4 tbsp baking powder-4 4 small sachet 33g powdered milk-28 1 tsp salt-1 2 tbsp vanilla-1 1/2 cup oil-5 3 cups water- 1 4 pcs small eggs-24 strips of cheese- 20 foodcolor-2 total cost-122 122x 0.40= 49 122+49=171 171÷80(no. of pcs. yield)=2 2 x 1.70=3 suggested selling price is 3 pesos formula: total cost x 0.40 = over head cost total cost + over head cost = total material cost total material cost ÷ no. of pcs yield= price per pc. price per pc x 1.70= suggested selling price
