What's up guys, Jeff from Sorta Healthy here! In today's video we'll be discussing personal trainer pay. More specifically, why personal trainers don't make that much money. There are many reasons as to why most trainers don't get paid too much, but there's a few in particular that have a massive impact. The biggest of these reasons, which is overhead in the form of taxes, expenses, etc., is explored quite a bit in this video. My goal with this video is to help trainers understand why they're getting paid what they are. This will also help personal trainers to know when they're getting treated unfairly, or getting underpaid. There are simple ways to figure all of this stuff out, and we go over that here. Although, we primarily focus on trainers who work in commercial gyms, we also discuss independent contractors, or self employed trainers in this video too.
