It's a difficult subject to talk about with nuance because my personal and professional experience keeps showing me that pursuing weight loss if you are vulnerable to binge eating only makes it worse. My hope is that people will make peace with their here-and-now bodies. For some this may result in their body naturally releasing some weight and for others it won't. Trying to predict what will happen to your body may not be possible and yet I know many of you long for certainty.
