As the BBC's Breakfast Time celebrates its 30th anniversary, the programme's Green Goddess fitness guru, Diana Moran, shows Telegraph viewers a gentle routine to warm your body up for a day's work. Diana Moran, or the Green Goddess as she is more familiarly known, dons her leotard once again to give Telegraph viewers an exclusive morning work out on the 30 anniversary of the BBC's first Breakfast Time programme. Thirty years ago on January 17, 1983, the BBC launched Breakfast Time that promised a new informal approach to morning television. Fronted by Frank Bough and Selina Scott, with sections from Russell Grant and Glynn Christian, the programme also featured its own fitness guru, Diana Moran. Known as the Green Goddess for her brightly coloured leotard, Diana Moran hosted short fitness sessions within the programme from locations around the country.
