Come along with me and my wife as we hike out along the Dungeness Spit to the Dungeness Lighthouse! Its a 5 mile walk on sand and cobblestones but it's worth it just to say you made it! Here's a little background... Back in December of 2021 I got the hankering to hike out and photograph the Lighthouse on the Dungeness Spit, just outside of Sequim, Washington on the Straight of Juan De Fuca. The weather and tides prevented me from achieving my goal -- not once, but twice! It's late June 2022 now and the wind, tides and sunshine are finally favorable for my third attempt... And in the end we got an award for our effort...
