At level 44 the exp per run was approximately 42.5k experience per run, which is equivalent to 40-45% of a level. With the new 30 dungeon resets/day cap mechanic this seems to be the most effecient way to go about leveling while maintaining a healthy number of instances for raids or other dungeons. At level 46 you get upwards 50k exp per run. Consumables: Enlargement potion (required as gnome to run in water and not swim) - Elixir of Giant Growth (or Savory Deviate Delight - Winterfall Firewater only works in the shallow water) Spirit of Zanza (ZG token flask with 20% movement speed for 2 hours) is strongly recommended and helps in maintaining a healthy mana pool during the run Nature Resistance Potion (not mandatory but recommended) Heavy Runecloth Bandages (not mandatory but strongly recommended) Additionally, a little nature resistance is recommended. For reference I have approximately 60, but just the necropile set and five all resistance enchant on a cloak is more than sufficient.
