The town of Jyrgalan in north east Kyrgyzstan is quickly becoming a hub for adventure travel in the region. With incredible back country access for skiing in the winter more and more people looking for more hiking options in the summer the destination is on the map and growing fast. In this video I begin a three day two night trek to three different alpine lakes about 20km outside of town. It was an amazing journey and is outlined in three separate vlogs starting with this one.
