Automatic Washing Machine Economic ASZ-1800 NEW LINE Machine is perfect for washing both wet rugs (after their previous full immersion in Rug Wash Tubs Tornado P-2500 INOX or P-3300 INOX) or dry rugs just after removing dust. This model is equipped with three cleaning sections to ensure efficient and fast washing of rugs up to 1,86 meters wide. The washing process takes 3 - 8 minutes depending on the size and the degree of soiling of a rug. These three cleaning sections are: 1.Pre-soaking and spreading detergent on dry rugs 2.Brushing (430 mm wide disc brushes) with smooth pressure adjustment up to 100 kg. 3. Squeegeeing and rinsing rugs under pressure up to 150 bar using three nozzles with simultaneous softener dispensing. The machine is ready to work with all types of brushes (hard, medium, soft). Quick brush replacement. Electric system for raising and lowering the disc brushes. Economic ASZ-1800is additionally equipped with a movable pressure tube for convenient folding the rug after washing. After raising the tube, the carpet is easily moved to the Tornado 40-200 INOX transport trolley, which facilitates the transportation of a heavy wet carpet to a centrifuge. There is a water capture system at the bottom of the machine, so after filtering, used water can be reused in the machine or in Rug Wash Tubs Tornado P-2500 INOX or P-3300 INOX.The device has been equipped with a very simple and intuitive main control panel placed in the middle of the machine. The cleaning and washing sections have sensors that adjust the working range, adapted to the width of the carpet. Sensors of the operating range are regulated by potentiometers, and each motor of the device is controlled by a separate inverter. The automat is equipped with a monolithic conveyor belt, which significantly increases the comfort of work and prevents the carpet from turning up.
