Milwaukee M18 Fuel Multitool loose battery connector issue? + poor service by S.G.S Engineering UK

Milwaukee m18 Fuel Oscillating Tool it's a replacement unit send to me with a big delay, number of alleged delivery days - no shows, no contact from SGS Engineering UK explaining/updating me on the situation, number of email and unsuccessful phone calls - their customer service is non existing but theytake their sales calls in seconds; really substandard, unprofessional service from SGS engineering UK, I will not be buying from them ever again. The replacement unit was I suspect delivered to me only two days after my last email stating that if I don't receive my replacement tool ASAP, I will be contacting The Trading Standards UK in relation to the above. sgs engineering based in the UK original tool (apart from some other issues which made me think it might have been a used/refurbished tool) had the same if not worse loose connector. Is that normal? my other Milwaukee tools have 'tight' connectors, no wobbly battery when connected. Please comment- your feedback will be highly appreciated. Thank you
