Request 81 is found in Alabaster Icelands at the Icepeak Camp. In order to unlock this request you need to have reached the Slumbering Lord of the Tundra main story mission. You also need to have completed Request 78: Setting up the Icepeak Camp. Once you receive the request from Brice you will need to bring him a Fire type Pokemon. This should be very easy to accomplish. Just don't give him any Pokemon you are attached to because it will be gone forever as I learned at the end of the video.
