Shorisha Biryani refers to a Bangladeshi-style pungent and aromatic rice dish, often a variation of Tehari (a rice dish similar to biryani) where beef or chicken is cooked in a rich, mustard-based gravy using mustard oil and pungent mustard paste. Cook the beef with the marinade until the meat is tender and soft. 2. Once the beef is fully cooked, add the rice, milk powder, and water. Mix gently. 3. Cook on medium heat until the water evaporates and you can see the rice grains on top. 4. Evenly spread the alubukhara, green chilies, rose water, and kewra water over the rice. 5. Cover tightly with a lid and cook on very low heat (dum) for about 20 minutes. 6. After 20 minutes, check if the rice is fully cooked and fluffy. 7.
