FPCI National Gathering & CIFP 2024

FPCI National Gathering is an annual event where all FPCI Chapters across Indonesia (50 Chapters) come together to establish partnerships, exchange ideas, get to know and build each other up. This is followed by the CIFP (Conference on Indonesian Foreign Policy), the largest foreign policy conference in the world. This year's theme is "Can Middle Powers Calm The Storm and Fix the World?". Here, we discuss how Indonesia can act in its position as a "Kekuatan Menengah, Kekuatan Penengah". The conference is attended by the Indonesian Minister of Foreign Affairs, officials, diplomats, politicians, celebrities, experts, researchers, professionals, journalists, students, public, and many more. CIFP is divided into several discussion forums, inviting more than 80 speakers from both Indonesia and abroad. This forum serves as a critical forum to discuss how President Prabowo's policies will direct our diplomatic style. These 4 days have taught me a lot. The critical discussions were interspersed with warmth from the presence of amazing people—my age—from various universities. Very motivating!
