Buying a yanagiba knife at Toyosu Market 豊洲市場で本霞柳刃包丁を買いました

I went to Toyosu Market with my fishing buddy Mr. Nagatani to buy a yanagiba knife. The cutlers very kindly allowed me to film it so I made this video, with Mr. Nagatani acting as fixer, cameraman and providing some commentary also in his own unique way. About the sound recording in this video: because of the rain and humidity I used my GoPro without an external mic to film everything so the sound quality suffered a bit, and, as a precaution against Covid-19 many people in Tokyo including myself are wearing face masks, so voice recording is affected also. Toyosu is the biggest indoor market of its kind in Asia and there is a lot of background noise (market traders making sales and chatting amongst themselves, phones ringing, vehicles backing up and so on) which the GoPro picked up, and although I think this lends a certain authentic ambience to the video the general sound quality is not so good overall. You may want to use headphones when watching. I do hope you enjoy the video anyway!
