Oil painting can be a frustrating endeavour, add to that slow drying times and you could be tempted to switch to acrylics! In this video, I discuss how alkyd mediums can significantly speed up the drying time when oil painting and compare the Winsor and Newton Liquin Original with M.Graham's Walnut Alkyd Medium. ***M.Graham did reply to my email a few days after I did this video. They said when the oil dries around the neck of the bottle, it will oxidise causing the slightly rancid smell. They suggested cleaning around the neck of the bottle to prevent this. *** STORAGE: M.Graham have said to store this product in a dark closet or somewhere similar where it is not exposed to excessive temperatures or direct sunlight. DO NOT store this medium in the fridge as it will make the product separate. This is not a sponsored video. If you enjoyed this video, please Like and Subscribe!
