Bathrooms - make sure they're clean and every aspect of the bathroom is up-to-date 3. ) Kitchens - update appliances, cabinet colors, and anything else outdated 4.) Get rid of popcorn ceilings 5.) Maintain your home well and take care of any general repairs 6.) Ensure interior aesthetics have been neutralized 7.) Floors - repair or re-stain hardwoods, clean or replace carpets 8.) Check all windows for functionality 9.) Clean up anything that has been destroyed or damaged by pets, including odors. 10.)
