Serbian Prime Minister Vojislav Kostunica announced the fall of his Cabinet on Saturday, saying that because the government was not united, it could not function. In Belgrade on Sunday morning, AP Television pictures showed newspaper headlines proclaiming the fall of the Serbian government.
