Boat Build & Drop : Part 8 Raw Footage

The amazing thing about this project, was that my friend Mark came to visit me after I was told I will be paralyzed and blind after sustaining a second concussion- & second brain injury. He came to encourage me- and so- with the possibility of being paralyzed- i said i wanted this last opportunity to build a boat from scratch. While bed ridden & partially blind, I taught myself CAD and designed the boat on the software. In the beginning, Mark did most of the cutting and heavy lifting- since i couldn't even lift the weight of my own arms. With time, it was like physical therapy for me. I slowly managed to begin using the tools again. Mark returned to his home city a year after- in which i continued the work on my own, little by little. I had to take a lot of medications to force my body to function. I have sound sensitivity - most of these videos, I am wearing multiple earplugs on top of each other to help block out the sound of everything- even my own voice sometimes. This was an amazing project and an amazing time- with an amazing friend, provided by an amazing GOD (Jesus Christ)
