Non-Cruise Control Specific What made the 93 Cobra steering wheel different is the fact these cars had no cruise control from the factory. SSP Mustangs typically did not have cruise control either, but it was an option. Therefore, this steering wheel has no provisions for the cruise control buttons to mount as there would be on a regular 1990-1993 Mustang steering wheel. 5.0 Resto's steering wheel is a great restoration piece for these cars, as well as Mustang owners looking to delete the cruise control from their Fox Body or Cobra owners looking to preserve their factory steering wheel. 5.0 Resto Quality Materials Starting off with a new frame, this brand new steering wheel is then molded in factory style, textured material that has provisions for your horn buttons as well as your stock airbag. After the molding process, the steering wheel is then wrapped in simulated black leather that greatly improves grip and feel. To complete the process, the wheel is then stitched with black thread for a clean, high-class appearance. Installation Note Excessive force during installation could cause damage to the steering wheel. Ensure the proper tools (steering wheel puller) and force are used to prevent damage.
