Utilizing the original cuffs and hem, this is a quick sewing up-cycle - and the best way I've found of taking in/turning an oversized men's cashmere sweater into a cropped women's cut. I thrifted this one, but eBay and Poshmark are good sources for affordable used sweaters online. Using a regular sewing machine without a serger, the low waste leftovers can be further upcycled to make hand warmers, fingerless gloves, or any number of other small projects.
