On this trail, you will first climb Little Haystack then walk the Franconia ridge connecting Lincoln, North Lincoln and Lafayette. Once past Lafayette you will come across the Green Leaf Hut managed by the AMC which is an excellent place to fill up water, take a break and eat some of the goodies served up by the "Croo". Mount Lafayette and Franconia Ridge Trail Loop is a 8.4 mile heavily trafficked loop trail located near Lincoln, New Hampshire that features a waterfall and is recommended for moderate to experienced hikers. The trail is primarily used for hiking and snowshoeing and is best used from April until October. Dogs are also able to use this trail.
