Thank you very much😊 / @mizueskitchen34 Sunbury Antique Market Kempton Park, Racecourse, Sunbury-on-Thames TW16 5AQ Sunbury Antique Market Tuesday 4th February 6:30am - 2:00pm *Please check the date and time in advance. 00:00~ Introduction 01:14~ Directions 02:37~ Antique Market 23:12~ Today's purchases 29:28~ Almond jelly and summer berry sauce recipe Almond jelly with summer berry sauce (serves 4) -Gelatin sheets---4 sheets, soak for 15 minutes -Hot water---100ml -Granulated sugar---4 tablespoons -Vanilla paste---1/4 teaspoon -Rum---1/2 teaspoon -Almond milk (5% almonds)---400ml Summer berry sauce -Frozen summer fruit---200g -Granulated sugar---4 tablespoons -Lemon juice---a little -Grand marnier---1 teaspoon 1. Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water for about 15 minutes to soak them. Squeeze the water out with your hands and put them in hot water to dissolve completely. Add the granulated sugar and dissolve, then add the vanilla paste, rum, and almond milk and mix. 2. Pour into molds and chill in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours or overnight to harden. 3. While the jelly is setting, make the sauce. Put all the ingredients for the summer berry sauce in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Simmer over low heat for 2-3 minutes and then turn off the heat. Allow to cool completely. 4. Place the set jelly in hot water, turn it over, and pour the sauce from step 3 over the top.
