It shows picking of Verpa bohemica (Early morel / Wrinkled thimble morel / False morel). This mushroom species is considered edible but there are known cases of allergic reactions. Because of this possible risk, I cannot generally recommed this mushroom for eating. The video additionally shows some other fungi species.
